Back/Home arrow going to wrong screen after conversation creation #34

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

After creating a conversation, the back/home button goes to the Create Conversation view.

Expected Behavior

After creating a conversation, the home button should go to the Conversations List.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a conversation with vdp.eth and click the home/back arrow.
