If you go to the DM screen for a valid ETH address, but the address hasn't joined the XMTP network yet, we should show an indication to the user and also disable message input.

When the user tries to interact with a peer address that hasn't joined they network they should be shown that the peer isn't on the network.
There is no indicator that the peer isn't on the network.
Try to go the DM screen with cheesebread.eth :)
