How do we want to handle projects that haven't shared an ETH address with us?

What is the expected behavior?

What is the actual behavior?

The "message" button is disabled.

How can you reproduce the bug?

Got to relay.cc, click on a purple "message" button in the directory, then click on a gray one and note the difference.
