50% current carousel bounce / spring #393

The card carousel is too springy and looks silly when the arrow is clicked.

What is the expected behavior?

Reduce the bounce / spring of the card movement by ~50-75%. It should be a small effect.

What is the actual behavior?

See video.

How can you reproduce the bug?

Press arrow on the the carousel.
