Android versions 5 to 7 (API 21-25) are unsupported #43

The workaround in https://github.com/relaycorp/awala-ping-android/pull/41 had the sideeffect of losing API 21-25 support due to https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/185418481. Once the root issue is fixed, we should be able to revert #41.
