We're planning to use this example app on the new Relay docs website (we may share more details on the progress there on our blog).
This PR is still a work in progress, and currently contains just the basic scaffolding of the app with some of the components, an initial version of the "server," and some build scripts, etc.
We don't need to review or land this at the moment. I'm adding this here so we can keep track of the progress.
