Report the filtered (ignored) exceptions as "skipped" tests #24

Reporting the filtered exceptions as skipped tests will make it easier to check what exceptions were actually filtered.

Looks good (584f328)! Do you plan to add something similar also into plain text report?

Well, I wasn't planning to, as I don't use it much :) However it would certainly be good to have it synchronized, so once I find some time I will add it also there.
