Tests fix [RHELDST-8723] #175

Fixed couple of tests due to changes in pubtols-pulplib.

@rbikar hi Robert, the mongodb service is not running, so the 175 job doesn't restore the db correct, after i restore and rebuild the 175, the job is pass https://master-jenkins-csb-distribution.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/view/ubipop/job/ubipop-pulp-integration/176/
