@yokolet and @rkneufeld : you two are doing a great job of working on this gem. If it is ok with you, I am going to change the owner to the Relevance account. Once I do that, could you add me as a collaborator on the new repo?

avescodes commented 12 years ago

That would be great. I'd love to have your continued advice and support Clinton.

(Also I got staffed on diametric this week ;))

cndreisbach commented 12 years ago

Ok - it's happening within the next 30 minutes. You'll have to update your git remotes. I'm not sure how issues carry over, but I think they should.

Oh, crap -- I can't transfer it to Relevance without having org admin rights. @rkneufeld, can you transfer the repo from the admin tab, or can collaborators not do that?

Another option is to transfer it to you, and then you transfer it to Relevance.

Yeah I don't have admin over your version. Do you want me to just remove my fork so you can xfer to me? (or I wonder what happens if you just transfer ownership over my fork…)

The instructions mention another idea: https://help.github.com/articles/how-to-transfer-a-repository. The receiving organization (Relevance) can create a team with admin privileges with no repositories in it and then add me to the team. I transfer the repo and then am removed.

avescodes commented 12 years ago

Just added you to one w/ admin over that team.

Ok, it appears to be done!
