replace org.jmesa:jmesa-oc since this is available from the OpenClinica respository only.

The idea is to use DataTables jQuery plug-in to provide client side rendering on all places where jmesa was used. On server site the REST API will be created compatible with DataTables server side processing requirements so that the tables perform well also on big datasets.
