Expose location of requester to guest user #182

Issue Description

As the issue #48 fix collecting of current location of a person but we need to expose. When we display this guest user should be able to see only requester location but not donners location. Donners may not interested in meeting people at their home or office. But these information should be available for specific accounts such as verified accounts. GA Office, DS Officer, or registered volunteer team that have been already verified.

@danishka Is there any authentication part to detect specific accounts in the current system.

@dulajsan we have #91 and its almost done. we can test in staging soon.
