Filtering performing incorrectly. Match pico filtering approximately.

Leave this until other things are implemented, I can take a crack at this if you get too busy.

I don't think using some oddball java library is that smart. Should just figure out Java Native Interface calls.

I'd rather wrestle with something I know works.
