Redo full build in gradle #35

Do we want to redo the build system in gradle? Should I put that in a line for the next contract, something about streamlining software development process?

It might be something I should just eat. I'll have to think about it.

If the build process becomes a pain point, we should consider it.

I would personally rather convert the project to IntelliJ IDEA before converting the build. The build hasn't been a pain point.
