Fix Ncorr build process #43

Currently, the Ncorr executables are stored in both the Processor and the ImageCorrelation projects. In Processor, they are stored directly under SurePulseProcessor/libs. In ImageCorrelation, they are stored under SUREPulseImageCorrelation/libs/ncorr. The program is setup for the Processor, as that's what gets delivered, but this should get cleaned up. If you run ImageCorrelation as a standalone, not through the Processor, it fails because it can't find the ncorr executables under libs.
