You have "TypeError: a is undefined" error on every page. Your site hase two jquery versions. Try to remove the older one.

Consider using only well-written WP plugins!

Hi Szepe,

We have Jquery script in both footer.php and in function.php I installed plugin to update to lastest version of Jquery but the plugin still does not work

I installed plugin to update to lastest version AFAIK fixing this issue requires knowledge of Javascript internals. The anser is not as simple as Yes or No.

You can see here http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140618_1G_Y4Z/1/details/ a zillion js files loaded. I think you should consider hiring someone to integrate you site.

If you update WordPress core then you get new jQuery.

Now you have this error TypeError: a is undefined in jQuery 1.7.2 on the console. And this prevents further js execution e.g. the datepicker.

Keep in mind for the future: a good rule for sending in reports would be to first check if it's reproducible on default wordpress themes.
