Time and datetime not working #177

Hi, I'm using Contact Form 7 version 4.6.1. When I click to time or datetime form, I see date form instead time or datetime form to choose. When I use version 4.6 of Contact Form 7, I have this issues: "Notice: WPCF7_Shortcode is deprecated since Contact Form 7 version 4.6! Use WPCF7_FormTag instead. in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\contact-form-7\includes\functions.php on line 351". Please help me.
