cannot localize datepicker (months, days, date format,...) #202

Hello, I have a problem and searched everywhere for solution with no luck. I see others have this problem but answer cannot be found anywhere. My Wordpress is on Croatian. Everything is set to be on Croatian. Only Datepicker calendar popup is on english. I can see in page source that the file: http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.11.4/i18n/datepicker-hr.min.js is being loaded for croatian language but the calendar remains on english. Inside admin, calendar theme area it is in Croatian but on the page it is in english. Can you help, please. With regards.

Ok, everything is ok now. I deactivated datepicker plugin because I found out that contact form 7 now has it's own date field. Sorry.
