No Wake Word detection responses. #4

Hi! Almost everything works fine for me, except that when I talk to her, the pop-up video (sheila_listen.gif) doesn't say anything (at least it doesn't have sound). After that, when she already answers my question, then there is no problem with her. Of course, the field "Wake Word detection responses" is filled.
