Currently, key code list for MIDI does not have a sub category yet.

Like other categories, we need to introduce sub categories for the MIDI category.

The idea of the MIDI sub categories:

Notes          C_0 - B_5
Octave  OctN2 - Oct Up
Transpose  TransN6 - Trans Up
Velocity  Vel1 - Vel Up
Channel  CH1 - CH Up
Misc       Others
