Support a keyboard registration by a corporation #667

Currently, all users who registers a keyboard to Remap must need to be authenticated by their GitHub account. However, it is not able to support a registration from a corporation because of the terms of use of the GitHub account. We need to provide a new account type to support the registration from a corporation, for example, "a corporation account".
