Dockerfile for running ardusub SITL It will be necessary to add ardusub image ip in the bluerov model ardupilot plugin fdm param

Had to add ardupilot sitl in the same images as ignition. It was not working to change the fdm_addr param in the bluerov model. https://github.com/remaro-network/tudelft_hackathon/tree/ros2/dockerfiles/ignition-foxy-ardusub
