Feature Request: Add The Torrent Paused #2117

An option in "Download settings" tab to add the torrent to the uTorrent host, but as Paused so as not to overwhelm the Downloader.

Isn't it easier to limit the number of torrents that download simultaneously in the client settings? I don't think Headphones should be involved in bandwidth/job management.

Might be useful if you are on a quota and want a bit more control

Very useful. During work hours I pause all torrenting, and kick them off after hours. Use this same feature all the time on CP and SB

It also allows you to vet what is being pulled down
