Not finding directory on Win 10 #3139

I have headphones installed on a brand new Windows 10 Pro box with a shared drive to a folder synology diskstation. I can see the folder in windows explorer and navigate it but when I have headphones try to scan my music library I get an error message telling me that "cannot find directory:" I also have Norton 360 running on the box. Is this a permissions issue, a firewall issue or a problem on the diskstation side of things?

Could be all of the above that is wrong, you don't mention if you use UNC pathnames for the drive or a local mapped pathname,
