Fetches largest lossless copy available, can't set to ignore 24 bit FLAC #3156

Hi, I think it's an issue that you can't set a maximum album size to fetch, and there isn't a quality distinction in the config for different lossless levels. For example, you can't specify to download FLAC albums, but only regular 16 bit flac. It seems to default to downloading the largest size available. Suggested fix would be to allow maximum size per quality configurations like Sonarr and Radarr, or else allow more fine tuning in which lossless qualities to fetch.

Can't you put stuff like this under the Quality tab under Ignored Words? Something like "24/96" or "24/192" or "24-bit". Maybe all of them? I haven't tried it; just started using Headphones. Just a suggestion.

If Lossless Only you can use the Reject if target size is not in bitrate range: to kbps

Quality profiles would be good though, pull requests welcome

@AdeHub would you have an example of what to put in those two fields? Something that will download normal size lossless albums, but not download 40GB CDs.
