7 months ago I just removed old database, and started it over again... Let's see if it gets artists from folder

I don't get it
Hi everyone,
It's really long time since I use headphones to manage music library... but last year I lost the hard disk with music, so I had to scan and manage again everything.
I started within ubuntu server, and I had it working in a docker image. Little little I got it to work again, but it was not perfect, so I decided to make a clean install and start it over.
In this case I have it in a LXC container inside proxmox, I manage folder from a NFS share within another vm in proxmox, I can see every folder and audio file inside LXC container, but once I wanna scan Music library, it gets nothing. I had several days scanning... but nothing.
I did another installation in a windows machine, and once I push scan button, it starts scanning and adding artists.
Last try is to get Removed background task, so it can scan as many hours as it needs, as I don't know if it get another signal, it gets stuck.
If I make a scan library change, it says music is not in those folders, and starts to removing artists and albums from an empty database. (Cause I see nothing)
Dunno what else to do
Edit: I tried several times, but today, once I added an artist (adele), I scan her folder, and it started adding more from scan...
Edit2: I thought it was gonna add more artists, in this case it added 17, it didn't scan albums properly either... Once inside artist tab, if I scan artist folder, it gets properly.
For you information, it's a large music library, there are 924 folder/artists... but it gets nothing.
Edit3: stuck, 18 artists (17 from scan + 1 manual add)
