Cannot open after once #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The first time, I opened a gallery with about 4 pictures as a tutorial. I 
also created some tags to test it out. All the tags were deleted before closing 
jbrout, as well as the gallery removed from the database. 
2. This error comes up when trying to open the program after the first time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
an error comes up "jbrout exited with error code -10 do you wish to view the 
log file?"
This is the log:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.282 for Windows.
