Fix console_scripts #6

Small fix to console_scripts - otherwise doesn't generate an exe on windows.

not sure why travis CI failed but basically two very simple fixes.

I have cherry-picked b196f627f229f7b15f082085dc3dee622849d67c, I applied the console script as well, but I didn't include the rename.
