"mermaidOptions" should be renamed to "mermaidConfig" in readme.md #2

readme mentions mermaidOptions (see https://github.com/remcohaszing/rehype-mermaidjs/blob/main/README.md?plain=1#L226) - which should be mermaidConfig, see https://github.com/remcohaszing/mermaid-isomorphic/blob/main/index.ts#L98
