Splunk Configuration page will not load #213

I am using Splunk version 8.0.8 and seeing this page not loading. I have tried multiple browsers and checked Linux file and Splunk user permissions issues. I am currently using the Admin account when seeing this page. misp-error

I am seeing this issue is the same as error #200
