how to implement Marxan routines? #7

Ideally we want users to run Marxan from within our GUI; however, we first need to determine if we can legally bundle Marxan within our GUI or if not perhaps we can make use of an existing installation of Marxan from our GUI

doing a 'separate' Marxan installation for now, but of course users can use whatever they want after calculating metrics
