Hi, yes I would love to fill in the table to 118. The main (and only) reason that I don't is that I miss ideas and time to think about mnemonics that make sense, and can be illustrated.

I will be very happy to include complete suggestions.

Pull request #133 suggested memory pegs for missing elements. Since pictures were provided, I implemented the changes.
