Now builds with TF 2.5.0 and OTB 7.3.0 by default
Next to CUDA==11.2, TF 2.5 is compatible with NVIDIA RTX 3000 series (CUDA compute capability 8.6). => CC 8.6 should be removed from build-env-tf.sh if building with CUDA<11.2
The new ZIP_TF_BIN argument allows you to zip and save compiled TF binaries in order to install it elsewhere => Ubuntu / Python (minor) / CUDA versions must be the same in docker image and target machine
