Remove printstacktrace and use proper logging

What steps will reproduce the problem?
It's not a common practice to print out directly i.e. with printstacktrace

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Use a proper logging system.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version. OS doesn't matter.

LOG.log(Level.WARNING, ioEx.getMessage(), ioEx.getCause());

instead
