Even if installation from bower is not possible, could you please create the dist folder in this github repo so that I can just point to this github and the dist/angular-tooltip.min.js exists... Thanks!

At the moment, the current state of the library is not minifiable. Has to be updated to inject dependencies using literals. +1.
