DataDog polish #28

Couple of tweaks in here:

  1. Always track conveyor.build.time even if the build errors.
  2. Count metrics for conveyor.build.canceled and conveyor.build.timedout.
  3. Include url to view logs in events.
  4. Events even when the build fails.
