As CF rolls out support for creating firehoses we can expand on this.
Right now it just handles:
Creating an s3 bucket
Creating an IAM role with the proper permissions to write to s3 and cloudwatch logs
Optionally, adding the proper permissions to a given role to write to the delivery stream (useful if you have a minion that is going to be creating log groups and streams dynamically)
