I just noticed in your default line list, that some wavelengths are given in air wavelengths, while most are provided in vacuum wavelengths.
For example, l. 3516:
"NA_FEX_6374" :{"center":6374.510, "amp":"free" , "disp":"NA_NII_6585_DISP" , "voff":"free" , "line_type":"na","label":r"[Fe X]"}, # Coronal Line
This is the air wavelength of [FeX], the corresponding vacuum wavelength is 6376.3A, i.e. more than 1.5 Angstroms redward from the tabulated value.
