Refactor all assignment #364

Assigment should be only stored in Assignments collection.

Remove all usages and needs of User.userAssignemnt and Task.taskAssignment

Refactoring apply on /tasks

cannot remove timeslot with at least one people need assigned (server et UI)
can remove timeslot with no people need assigned /users
cannot remove avail if assigned (server et UI) ~~/assignment~~
