6 months ago I think Tailwind is definitely a good starting point. Especially if we want to encourage participation from others, Tailwind makes it easy to make quick changes without having to worry about code style in CSS files too much
@markmals - not forcing us to use Tailwind but felt like it was our most likely styling choice. Feel free to pause this MR to discuss.
