saral sla appears to dropout at c100

Why are no sla results for 'sa' processed after 20220822? For instance: radsstat --ymd 20220815,20220907 -l -V sla -S sa results strop at 20220822.

This appears to correspond to the change from c099 to c100.

Attached dump of sample input netcdf files indicates that some fields are not present in the most recent files.

Just found the answer! cycle limit as per this commit a666b2a24a13ac333d811d9239c5ab9d4485e035
