FES2014 values wrong on recent data

The libfes library on the EUMETSAT machines was updated on 9 July. This also removed a bug in the libfes library that was until then circumvented in FES2014 *.ini files. Unfortunately this workaround was not removed, so the latest data was negatively impacted.

The following data produced at EUMETSAT needs to be updated using rads_add_tide -m fes14,lptide

• From 2024-07-01 onward:

• [x] {3a,3b}.{nrf,stf}1

• [x] sw.{i,o}gdr

• From 2024-06-01 onward:

• [x] 6a.{lr,hr}nt{o,v}1

• [x] {3a,3b}.{ntc,ntf}1

Because of updates in the libfes library over time, it way be worthwhile to update the FES2014 values throughout as part of #204
