Presumably, the issue is that the parent rem in an intermediary step before being navigated to the target one. Possibly an easy fix by slapping a bit of a delay on the record to let it fully scroll and focus the correct target?

Hey I'm having trouble reproducing, do you mind giving the exact steps to reproduce the issue?

Try making a few references to rem that are in disparate parts of your Knowledge Base, then following those references and see how the right sidebar populates. If the rem being navigated to is close by, i.e., already loaded, it will correctly put its name; if the rem is in a document that first has to be loaded and scrolled to display the rem, the right sidebar will display the parent document (or possibly just whatever parent rem is already loaded by that time) rather than the target rem.
