Linting support and translation badge #1

By adding the standardLintRules translations you get the very useful warnings and errors in the editor when a reference is missing, a translation is missing or a pattern is identical to the reference.

These are also displayed in the README.md in the badge.

Thank you! Had to remove most translation changes because these files were overhauled recently. Merged the config + readme
