Create custom APT package #9

Creates an APT package would allow us to force dependencies installation by delegate its management to APT (Websockify, apache2, rabbit-mq) and avoid many configuration issues.

It would require to create a custom apt repository tho.

The install process use apt to install all packages and configures it after installation
