Focus address input on sign in #93

I thought it would be helpful to autofocus the email input when displaying the sign-in form. I'm not sure if this spot in the code is the right place - any hints/edits would be appreciated.

@rosano Terribly sorry that this has been lying dormant for so long. I wasn't able to check out the actual patch branch of that PR on my machine, so I opened a new one, which finishes what you started: #96.
