Add a `--compatible` flag to `npx remotion lambda functions ls` #3920

npx remotion lambda functions ls (source https://github.com/remotion-dev/remotion/blob/1d8ff0f8e05d3478defb6f97c9aee3c024729b82/packages/lambda/src/cli/commands/functions/ls.ts#L21) calls getFunctions() which has a compatibleOnly flag which is hardcoded at the moment.

A new flag (https://github.com/remotion-dev/remotion/blob/9fe26a67c02e50d3c693baf37990394bf240a575/packages/lambda/src/cli/args.ts#L44) should be introduced (default false) to allow only printing the compatible functions.

The flag should be documented in https://www.remotion.dev/docs/lambda/cli/functions#ls and should be tagged available from the next version.
