Better guidance for Too many requests error

People have a default Lambda concurrency of 10 and run into an error when setting up the Next.js template

Check this:

• Do we offer a help link in the error message?
• Do we say that they can test it by lowering the concurrency per lambda flag?
• Do we say how to increase it?
