`@remotion/lambda`: Allow passing `skipLambdaInvocation` to `getRenderProgress` #4371

This gets the render progress directly from S3 instead of invoking a Lambda function that calls S3.
This is faster, but it only works if you didn't rename the function name and if the user is allowed to access the S3 file (previously the role was accessing the file)
