`@remotion/install-whisper-cpp`: Fix DTW timestamp of large-v3-turbo

Fixes #4466

Note that if you use large-v3-model, the token timestamps only work correctly if you use Remotion 4.0.229 and Whisper.cpp version higher than 1.7.1 (as of writing, there has been no official release!)
