Template adjustments #1

Hey Florent!

Great work with the template, it is extremely solid! 🔥 I've done some work to align the template with the other ones that we have so that they all follow the same conventions.

I am actually not quite done, I want to improve the Lambda rendering part a bit so that the function name and site name automatically get detected and you don't have to specify it as an environment variable.

I'll probably ping you tomorrow and ask you to review it and then hope we can launch it soon and also add it to the homepage as well as to the npm init video command!

I am now done!

I have intentionally tried to remove some of the advanced patterns in favour of some that are more beginner friendly. Plus I revamped the README and set up the tooling like in the other templates.
